GC/BC Class 6 and above with license valid for the current fiscal
year.
1)
The ANRS Education Bureau now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidder for the furnishing of the necessary labor, materials
& equipment for the construction & completion of ROOF COVER WORK
FOR EDUCATION BUREAU MAIN BUILDING.
Therefore, interested eligible
bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
documents from the address below.
2)
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any
interested eligible bidders upon the submission of written
application to the ANRS Education Bureau starting from
June 15, 2007 and upon payment of non-refundable fee Birr
20.00 (Twenty Birr) for each set. Additional sets of document
may be purchased each at the same price at the same address.
3)
The construction work shall be completed within a maximum of
15 Calendar Days.
4)
All bids must be submitted based on the free market price and
current basic materials price must be submitted attached with the
bid document.
5)
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an
acceptable form of 1% of the bid amount, and must be delivered to
the above mentioned office on or before at
2:00 PM on July 5, 2007.
6)
Bids will be opened in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend in the same date and
place at 2:30 PM.
7)
Rejection Criteria: The Client will reject the bidders whose
bid documents not fulfill the following conditions.
1/ Bidders should present currently
renewed Trade License, renewed Registration Certificate, VAT
Registered Certificate and Tax payer Registered Certificate and
Evidence indicating that the bidders has performed tax paying
obligation from Federal or Regional Inland Revenue.
2/ Bidders should complete the bid
form and the appropriate price schedule.
3/ The original & copy of the bid
shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the bidder.
4/ Bidders should submit one
original and one-copy envelops of the bid.

The employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
