The Ministry of Education of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia has received funding assistance from six European countries
for the Teacher Development Programme (TDP). The Ministry wants to
use part of the fund to there and institution or an individual
consultant, which can provide Consultancy services in the area of
Ethiopian Teacher Development Program.
The Ministry therefore, is looking for instructions or individuals
consultants having international reputations to deliver these
services.
1. Interested
bidders may collect the bidding document from the Ministry of
Education Old Building, Room No. 27.
2. Bidders
may purchase a complete set of biding documents upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr One Hundred (100 Birr) or 10 Euros, or
Equivalent. Payment can be made in cash. For postal delivery of the
bidding document, additional 20 Euros or equivalent is required and
the document, will be sent by postal courier.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand
Birr) or 10,000 Euros or equivalent currency and must be delivered
to the above office on or before
July 27th, 2007
at 10:00 AM in bank guarantee
or certified check.
4. Bids
will be opened on July 27th, 2007 at 10:00 AM
at the Ministry of Education Office No. 27 in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
