The Federal Government of Ethiopia has allocated budget
towards the cost of the Universal Electricity Access program for
increasing people’s access to Electricity in rural towns and
villages.
2.
The Implementing Agency, Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation
(EEPCo) now invites all interested and eligible bidders for the
following contract:-
Lot. 7: Supply of 9,880 assorted
Tools (Axle, Bush Knife, Crow Bar, Shovel, Fork for pole Support and
Stamper)
3.
Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive
Bidding (NCB) procedures of the purchaser’s country.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:

The bid document shall be available from June 18, 2007
onwards against payment of non-refundable fee of ETH Birr 500.00 for
the lot.
6.
The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 50,000 ETB,
and must be delivered to the address above at or before 11:30 Hours
local time on August 01, 2007.
7.
Bids will be opened on August 01, 2007, 14:30 Hours local
time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who
choose to attend at EEPCo Club, Mexico Square, Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia.
8.
The Ethiopian Electric power corporation reserves the right
to reject all or part of this bid.
