The German Leprosy & TB Relief Association would like to sell by
closed auction new Spare Parts for Toyota Diesel and Petrol Land
Cruiser Vehicles.
Conditions and Procedures
1.
The tender remains floating from date of first announcement
in newspaper until July 06, 2007.
2.
The Auction winner/buyer will be responsible to pay all
Taxes, custom duties and any other charges of a public nature
assessed. By the Government of Ethiopia and must be paid to the
Government of Ethiopia when assessed, GLRA bears no responsibly for
these charges in any manner. Exempt are organizations or persons
with duty free privileges.
3.
The opening of the auction will take place on July 06, 2007
at 01:00 PM at GLRA Head
Office in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives.
4.
Every body interested can bid for all parts or some of the
parts and submit their bid in a sealed envelope until July 06, 2007
at 12:00 AM at our Head
Office, located at Alert Compound.
5.
Spare Parts for auction can be inspected during working hours
from Monday 18, June 2007 until July 06, 2007, 12:00 AM,
at the GLRA Compound.
6.
Each bidder has to deposit 10% of the offered bid amount by
the name of GLRA, as a bid bond, by CPO cheque, which will be
deducted from the sale’s price.
7.
Full payment, sales agreement, tax and duties must be done
within 20 days after the auction day. Hand over the Spare Parts will
be after above mentioned formalities fulfilled.
8.
All Spare Parts are sold at present conditions “AS IS-WHERE
IS” basis with no guarantee or warty given as to conditions or
usability.
9.
The bid bond will not be refunded if the auction winner
doesn’t fulfill all mentioned conditions or rejects to pay within a
period of 20 days after auction opening day. (will result in
forfeiture of the bid deposit).
10.
The despot for the non-winners will be refunded two days
after opening of the auction.
11.
Details for all auctioned Spare Parts are available at GLRA
Head Office.
12.
Bid documents will be sold at the GLRA Office to interested
bidders for a non-refundable fee of ETB 50.00 (Fifty).
13.
Anybody who doest not agree with the above mentioned
conditions and procedures shall not bid.
14.
GLRA for Ethiopia has the right to reject any or all bids
without any reason.
