The Lake Tana Transport Enterprise has funds to be used for
the Procurement of Two Used Passenger-Cargo Boats equipped with
Radio, Navigation & other equipments as specified in the statement
of requirement.
2.
The Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Lake Tana
Transport Enterprise hereby invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of Two Used Passenger-Cargo Boats.
3.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the
Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from
eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Lake Tana
Transport Enterprise and inspect the biding documents at the
address below during office hours from Monday to Thursday Morning
8:00 AM-12:00 noon and Afternoon 1:00-PM-5:00 PM and Friday Morning
8:00 AM-11:30 AM and Afternoon 1:30 PM-5:00 P.M.

A compete set of bidding document in English language may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred only)
for all items from the office of the Procurement Services Enterprise
1st Floor-Room No. 2.

Bids must be delivered to Procurement Service Enterprise,
Conference Hall at or before August 3, 2007 at 2:30 PM. All bids
must be accompanied by bid security of amounting Birr 100,000.00
(Birr One Hundred Thousand in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee,
counter guaranteed by the local bankers. Late bids shall be
rejected.
7.
The bid opening date and hour shall be August 3, 2007
at 2:30 PM
at Procurement Service Enterprise, Conference Hall in the presence
of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
8.
The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
