 Re-Tender

1.      Awash Insurance Company S.C. (AIC) would like to procure Computers, Database Software, Supplies and Network Installation through a competitive bid for its Computerization Project.

2.      AIC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above goods & services.

3.      There is no option to bid for partial offer. Bid will be evaluated and awarded for full package taking into account discounts offered, if any.

4.      Interested bidders may obtain further information about bid documents from AIC Computerization Project Office Ethio-China Friendship Avenue, Tebaber Berta Building, 2^nd floor, P.O. Box 12637 e-mail: aic@ethionet.et, Tel. 251-011 552 60 50, 251-011 552 60 43.

5.      A complete set of bid documents can be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Birr).

6.      The bid proposal must be delivered to AIC General Manger’s Office on or before June 21, 2007 at 2:00 PM. The bid proposal must be accompanied by bid security of 5% of the bid amount in the form of Insurance bond, CPO or Bank guarantee.

7.      Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or their official representatives on the date indicated on No. 6 above at 3:00 PM at the AIC Board Room, Tebaber Berta Building, 4^th floor, AIC reserves the right to reject the bid partially or wholly.
