Description

The Tigray Education Bureau invites all interested eligible bidders to print Elementary school textbooks. Therefore:-

1.       Bidders are required to present trade license valid for 1999 E.C. and VAT registration certificate supplier’s registration certificate and Tax clearance paper from revenue office.

2.       Bidders can collect complete bid document from Tigray Education Bureau starting from the date of advertisement by newspaper against payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 50.00 (Fifty Birr) from Room Two.

3.       Bids must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO, bank guarantee or certified check.

4.       Bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid box located in front of room Number One in the Tigray Education Bureau Mekelle on or before 1:30PM of 31^st day from the date of advertisement.

5.       Bids will be opened on the 31^st day from the date of advertisement at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend in Room No. 39 in (Tigray Education Bureau, Mekelle).

6.       Tigray Education Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any part or all the bids.
