Adama City Housing Development Project Office would like to invites
all eligible and interested bidders to supply or sell Total Station
(Surveying Equipment).
Therefore:
1.
bidders should have business license, valid for the current
year and present dopy of registration certificate from Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development (MOFED) and VAT registration
certificate.
2. Tender
documents can be obtained from the Office Room No. 7 during working
hours against a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
3. The
technical and Financial proposals shall be in separate envelopes for
marked technical proposal and financial proposals respectively and
shall be wax-sealed.
4. Bid
evaluation is based up on bidders technical, non technical and
financial proposals.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond at least 1% of the offered
price in the form of a bank guarantee or certified check or cash and
must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM local
time on June 26, 2007.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who wish to attend on the same date at 2:30 PM local
time at Adama Housing Development Project Office.

8. Adama
