Second bid
1. The
Government of National Regional State of Tigray, Urban Development
and Constructions Bureau invites all contractors of category GC.1 or
BC-1 for the construction of Complex Office building in Mekelle.
2. A
complete set of bidding document, may be purchased by interested
bidders from Urban Development and Construction Bureau, Mekelle upon
presentation of valid for 1999 E.C. registration certificate from
Tigray Regional Urban Development & Construction Bureau and renewed
trade license & VAT registration Certificate for 1999 E.C. with
submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee for the
documents of Ethiopian Birr 2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Birr
only).
3.
All bidders should submit the recent month VAT declaration.
4.
All bidders should submit Tax payers Identification Number
(TIN number).
5. Interested
& eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the
bidding document on or after June 13, 2007 G.C. at the Tigray
Regional Urban Development & Construction Bureau.

6. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in CPO or bank guarantee
for Ethiopian Birr 100,000 (Hundred Thousand).
7. Bidders
should submit wax-sealed original & copy of Technical and Financial
bid documents separately with an official stamp still be delivered
to Urban Development and Construction Bureau on or before July 13 at
11:30 AM
8. Bid
will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives on the
same date at 2:00 PM in Tigray Region Urban Development and
Construction on Bureau.
9. Evaluation
should be carried out in Two stages technical evaluation carried 1st
then the financial offer which is the least.
10.
The client reserves the right to reject or accept any or all
bids.
