1. East
Shoa Zonal Administration Office (ESZ) has planed to conduct an ICT
Project in the form of Wide Area network and database development
between Administration Officers, Sectoral Offices in Zone, Woredas
and towns level.
2. ESZ
hereby invites all interested bidders who have sound experience and
capacity to give their offers.
3. Bidder
should present renewed license for the current budget year, VAT
registration evidence and to submit their documents.
4. A
complete set of the request or proposal (RFP) could be purchased by
interested bidders from East Shoa Zone Administration Office at
Working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One
Hundred Birr).
5.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 20,000
(Twenty Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee along
with their offers.
6. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing an original and a copy of offer and
qualification document shall be delivered to ESZ Administration
office on or before June 20, 2007 up to 10:00 AM
and will be opened on the same date and time. Late bids will be
rejected.
7. The
bid documents shall be submitted as per detail instructions shown in
the tender document and it shall be opened in presence of
bidders/representatives.
8. Bidders

9. East
Shoa Zone Administration Office reserves the right to cancel any or
all bids.
