Education Materials Production and Distribution Enterprise (EMPDE)
invites eligible and competent bidders for SUPPLY, INSTALLATION,
AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
9IMIS0 AND DESIGNING, INSTALLING AND COMMISSIONING NETWORK SYSTEM
1.
The bid has two parts:
PART 1.
Supply, Installation, implementation, and Commissioning of and
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
PART 2.
Designing, Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of
Networks
System.
2.
Bidders can not participate in one part. However tow
Companies can form one group and participate in the complete bid.
3.
Interested bidders required to purchase complete bidding
document from EMPDE Head Office (Located: CMC Road, Next to ILRI
office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 230.00
in Cash.
4. Bidder
should be licensed in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
sector i.e. supply, installation, implementation, configuration and
commissioning of network and/or software, and attach copy of renewed
business license for the year 1999 E.C., Certificate of registration
from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, and VAT
registration certificate.
5. Each
bid proposal, for each lot, must be accompanied by a id security of
2% of the proposed project value in the form of CPO or bank
guarantee valid for 90 days.
6. The
bid will be closed on June 19, 2007 and will be opened on June 19,
2007 at EMPDE
Head Office, in there presence of interested bidders or their
authorized representatives.
7. The
Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
