1.
The House of People’s Representatives has funds within
the employers’ budget to be used for the procurement of Maintenance
works at Addis Ababa.
2.
The House of People’s Representatives invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC Class 5 and above.
3.
Biding will be conducted in accordance with the open national
tendering procedures contained in the Public Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the
bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 9:00
AM to 16:30 Local time.
5.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of
Ginbot 23, 1999 by interested bidders at the address below at of
7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,148 Birr.
6.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or
before 12:00 AM hours Sene 22, 1999. All bids must be accompanied
by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 50,000.00 payable on first
demand addressed to the employer. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 PM Sene
22, 1999.
