Sealed bids should be submitted latest by 15:00 hrs on 15.06.07
at the Office of GM, Ircon International Ltd, at House No. 772, Code
1250, Bole Sub City, Kebele 01 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The bid shall
be opened at 15:30 hours, on the same day. The bidders are permitted
to attend tender opening.
