Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following items:

1. The
Tenders remain floating from June 25, 2007 until July 16, 2007. Bid
documents can be obtained from ETC’s Head Office Room No. 207 during
office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00
(Thirty Birr) for each tender. Bidder should submit their renewed
original license & VAT certificate with copies when they come to
obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, bid security of Birr 3,000.00
(Birr Three Thousand) for each tender:

Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposits it to ETC Head Office 3rd floor Room No. 311
before July 17, 2007, 9:30 AM and produce the receipt during the bid
opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at 1st Floor Room No. 112 on the closing
date July 16, 2007 before 5:30 PM.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 110 according to the
following schedule:
