1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a
credit from the International Development Association toward the
cost of Public Sector Capacity Building Project (PSCAP), and
it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to
payments under the contract for procurement of File Shelves
Cabinet and Follow-up card cabinet.
2. The
Oromia Bureau of Capacity Building now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for:-

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Oromia Bureau of
Capacity Building, Bole and Office
No. 212, and inspect the
bidding documents at the address below.
4.
Qualification requirements include: National bidders
should have a valid and renewed business license from the Ministry
of Trade and Industry or equivalent regional bureau, and Value Added
Tax (VAT) registration of the current year and supplier’s
registration certificate. Additional details are provided in the
bidding documents.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be
purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written
application to the address below and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee 50.00 ETB Birr. The method of payment will
be cash on Site.
6.
Bids must be delivered to the address blow till
26 July 2007
at 02:00 PM.
Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of
the Bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to be present in
person at 02:30 PM on 26
July 2007. A bid security of 2% of the total bid price in Cash
Payment Order (CPO) must accompany all bids.

8. The
offer should be valid for 60 days from the bid submission

10. Unless
otherwise specified in the special condition of contract,
alternative bids shall not be considered.
The bidders shall submit the submission form using the forms
furnished in section V. The Schedule Form shall be used for
quoting the price. The authorized signatory of the bidders shall
sign both the Form. |
