Description

The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) would like to sell different model Diesel Generator Spare Pars, Electrical equipments, Distribution Materials, different vehicle Spare Parts, Construction Materials, Uniforms and Stationary Materials which are found in the Corporations main store at Goffa.

1.     The bidders can participate in the following Lots:

a)      Lot I Different Model Diesel Generator Spare Parts;

b)      Lot II Different Model Vehicle Spare Parts.

c)      Lot III Pipe Line & Different Type of Construction Materials;

d)      Lot IV Electrical Equipments & Insulators;

e)      Lot V Uniforms and Stationary Materials;

2.       The bidders can obtain further information and the tender document with detail list of the materials (Items) from:

3.      The bid documents shall be available from the day announced by newspaper on working hours onwards against payment of non-refundable fee Birr 300 for Lots I & II, Birr 100 for lot III & IV and Birr 50 for lot V from the Local Purchase Division on the above stated address.

4.      Bids must be accompanied by bid security of amounting Birr 10,000 (Ten Thousand Birr) for each lot in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee, counter guaranteed by the Local Bankers.

5.      Before going to visit the items purchasing the bid document and having the receipt voucher is mandatory.

6.      The bidders can offer for all or particular items.

7.      Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at EEPC’s Head Office Local Purchase Division according to the following schedule.

8.      The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bids.
