Re-bid
1. Oromia
Health Bureau obtained a budget from the Italian Contributions and
would like to procure Different Computer Networking Systems for
Oromia Health Bureau towards the cost of Health Sector Development
Program (HSDP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this
budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for
the procurement of Computer Networking Systems in local competitive
bid.
2.
The Oromia Health Bureau now invites sealed bids form
eligible bidders for the Supply of Computer Networking System on
Computers.
3.
Bidders have no option to bid for partial offer. Bids will be
evaluated and contracts(s) will be awarded for full item taking into
account discounts offered, if any, for combined items in determining
the least evaluated bid of all items which will be the bases for
award of the contracts(s).
4.
Bidders should have renewed trade license for 1999 E.C.
Suppliers list registration certificate from Ministry of Finance &
Economic Development (MOFED) VAT & TIN registration certificate
while purchasing this tender document and submitting your offer.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the

6. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on submission of a written application to the above
mentioned office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50
(Birr Fifty only).
7. Bids
must be delivered to office of Human Resource Administration
Department on or before 3:00 PM in the afternoon on date 13/11/1999
E.C. or July 20, 2007 and must be accompanied by a security of not
less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee
from a reputable Bank.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives
who choose to attend at 3:30 PM in the afternoon on 13/11/1999 E.C.
or July 20, 2007 at the office of Human Resource Administration
Department, Oromia Health Bureau, Room No. 13 Finfinnee, Ethiopia.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids. |
