Description

1.       Tigray Regional Urban Development & Construction Bureau has received Complete Design & Tender Document of G⁺⁵ & G⁺⁴ Complex Office Building from Legal Consultant & now we allocated sufficient budget toward the cost of Consultancy Services of Contract Administration and Construction Supervision of the Project (Regional complex office building) at Mekelle.

2.       The Tigray Regional Urban Development & Counteraction Bureau now invites proposals from Architects & Engineers Consultants of Grade 1 for Contract Administration and Supervision of the Regional Complex Office Building. More details on the services are provided in the attached terms of reference.

3.       The firm will be selected as per the Methodology and procedures described in the RFP.

4.       A complete set of bidding document, may be purchased by interested bidders from Urban Development and Construction Bureau, Mekelle upon presentation of registration certificate from Tigray Regional Urban Development of Construction Bureau and renewed trade license & VAT registration Certificate for 1999 E.C. with submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee for the documents of Ethiopian Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr).

5.       All bidders should submit the recent month VAT declaration.

6.       All bidders should submit Tax payers Identification Number (TIN No).

7.       Interested & eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the bidding document on or after June 19, 2007 GC at the Tigray Regional Urban Development & Construction Bureau.

8.      Interested & eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the bidding document on or after July 18, 2007 GC at the Tigray Region Urban Development & Construction Bureau, Mekelle.

9.      All bids must be accompanied by 1% of total contract amount bid security, in CPO or bank guarantee.

10.   Wax-sealed original & copy of technical and financial bid document with an official stamp shall be delivered to Urban Development and Construction Bureau on or before July 18, 2007 at 11:30 AM

11.  Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives on the same date at 2:00 PM in Tigray Region Urban Development and Construction on Bureau, Mekelle.

12.  The client reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
