Mugher Cement Enterprise invites eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for supply of Spare parts for Paper Bags
Plant.
2.
Eligible suppliers could obtain tender documents by
presenting a copy of their renewed trade licenses valid for the
budget year against payment of non-refundable Birr 50 from
Procurement & Supply Department, Addis Ababa during working days
from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE.
4. Wax-sealed
bids shall be delivered to MUGHER CEMENT ENTERPRISE, Procurement &
Supply Department Addis Ababa office on or before July 20, 2007,
4:00 PM. Bidders should provide one original and one copy of
“Technical” and “Financial” documents separately.
5. Bids
(Technical offer) will be opened on July 21, 2007 at 10:00 AM
in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. MCE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
