2. Bid
documents can be obtained from the company’s Procurement Division
Maintenance Center Office No. 105 again payment of non-refundable
fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred only).

All bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the bid
value in the form of CPO and must be delivered to the company’s
building block No. 1 Meeting Hall No. 102 at time of opening.
4. Bidders
should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box provided at Procurement and Supply Department Maintenance
Center Office No. 107 on or before
July 31, 2007
at 10:00 AM. Bid will be opened in the presence of interested God
bidders or their representatives on July 31, 2007 at building block
No. 1 Meeting Hall No. 102 at 10:30 A.M.
5. Bidders
should bring original and one copy of their renewed license and VAT
registration certificate.
6.
The company reserves the right to reject all or part of the
bids.
7.
Partial bid is allowed.
