GOAL Ethiopia, in International Humanitarian Organization,
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the production and
supply of Corn Soya Blend (C.S.B.) for its ongoing programmes on
behalf of its Donors, USAID and Irish Aid.
(2)
The successful bidders for the Production and supply of
supplementary food will be expected to supply the required amounts
in accordance with the delivery schedule prepare by GOAL Ethiopia
for a period not exceeding 12 calendar months.
(3)
The C.S.B. supplied is to have a minimum shelf life under
normal ambient conditions of 12 months and a maximum moisture
content of 7%.
(4)
Interested bidders who can provide current and legal
registration license from the Ministry of Trade and Industry
thereafter may obtain the bidding documents by either of the
following ways.

Thursday 28th June 2007 to Wednesday 4th July
2007, against payment of non-refundable administrative charge of
Eth. Birr. 50.00 (Fifty) from the following address:

fekadum@goalethiopia.com and bid documents will be emailed in
return.

Bidders should submit their offers accompanied by copies of
all appropriate documents/license in a wax-sealed and stamped
envelope to the above address into the box ready for the bid before
4:30 PM Tuesday 10th July 2007.

Bidders shall furnish, as part of their bid, as security to
the amount of Eth. Birr. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) only, in the form of
certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized bank. Which will be
refunded as soon as the first stock of production is accepted by
GOAL Ethiopia as par the required specifications by the winning
bidder.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representative who choose to be present on Wednesday 11th
July 2007, at 09:00 AM at the
GOAL Ethiopia meeting Room,
Head Office, Addis Ababa.
(8)
GOAL Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
