1.
The Agarfa
Agricultural Technical Vocation Education and Training College
has funds within the
employer’s budget to be used for procurement of TVET
College maintenance works at
Agarfa.
2.
The Agarfa Agricultural Technical Vocational Education and
Training College invites sealed bids from eligible bidders
stated here in above.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open National tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible
bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding document at the
address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30 hrs to 16:30 hrs
Local time.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Sene 24,
1999 by interested eligible bidders on submission of a
WRITING APPLICATION, VAT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, MINISTRY OF
INFRASTRUCTURE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES, TRADE & INDUSTRY
DEVELOPMENT LICENSE & SUPPORTING LETTER at the address below at
7 (b) and upon payment of non-refundable fee Eth. Birr 1,898.00
(One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Eight only).
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before
12:00 hours Hamle 24, 1999. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian birr
90,000.00 payable at first demand.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives
who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at
14:30 hrs Hamle 24, 1999.

right to reject any or all bids.
