Essential Qualification Criteria for bidders.
1.
The bidders should possess the experience for construction of
bituminous work like Penetration Macadam or Surface dressing or
related bituminous work awarded by ERA or Rural Roads Authority or
any other Gov. or Private Authorities.
2.
The bidders should have valid TIN and VAT Registration
Numbers.
