To: All contractors of Category GC/BC class 6 and above with valid license for the current year.

1.      The Natural Gum Processing and Marketing Enterprise has funds within the employer’s budget to be used for the procurement funds within the employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Office and Store construction works at Shire.

2.      The Natural Gum Processing and Marketing Enterprise invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC Class 6 and Above.

3.      Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.

4.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 9:00 A.M. to 16:30 Local time.

5.      A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased as of Ginbot 27, 1999 by interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,041 Birr.

6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before 12:00 A.M. hours Sene 27, 1999. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 19,000.00 payable on first demand addressed to the employer. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7 (d) at 14:30 P.M. Sene 27, 1999.
