The Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Akaki Spare
Parts & Hand Tools S.C. hereby invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of 1 unit Forklift 20 ton, 1 unit double
action Forging Upsetting Machine & 1 unit Hot Deep Galvanization
Plant.
3.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the
Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from
eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Akaki Spare Parts
address below during office hours from Monday to Thursday Morning
8:00 AM-12:00 noon and Afternoon 1:00-PM-5:00 PM and Friday Morning
8:00 AM-11:30 AM and Afternoon 1:30 PM-5:00 P.M.

A compete set of bidding document in English language may be
purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred only)
for each & every lot from the office of the Procurement Services
Enterprise 1st Floor-Room No. 2.
6.
Bids must be delivered to Procurement Service Enterprise,
Conference Hall at or before July 19, 2007 at 2:30 PM. All bids must
be accompanied by bid security of amounting Birr 10,000.00 (Birr Ten
Thousand) for each & every lot in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee,
counter guaranteed by the local bankers. Late bids shall be
rejected.
7.
The bid opening date and hour shall be July 19, 2007 at 2:30
PM at Procurement Service Enterprise, Conference Hall in the
presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
8.
The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
