Branna Printing Enterprise invites eligible bidders to
participate in the bid for the supply of printing machinery.
2.
Eligible suppliers could obtain tender document by presenting
a copy of their renewed licenses, against payment of a
non-refundable Birr 100 from the purchasing department during
working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
3.
Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the
form of certified cheque, C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee from a
reorganized Bank which will be payable on first demand by B.P.E,
4.
Wax-sealed bids shall be delivered to B.P.E./commercial
Department Addis Ababa office on/or before
July 30, 2007,
4:00 P.M.
5.
Bidders should provide original and copy of “Technical” and
“Financial” documents separately. Under financial proposal bidders
are advised to state the terms and conditions of payment.
6.
Bids will be opened on July 31, 2007 at 10:00 AM
in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
7.
Branna Printing Enterprise reserves the right to reject all or part
