Re-Tender
1. The
Addis Ababa University has funds within the procuring
Entity’s budget to be used for the procurement of Linguistic
Equipments.
2. The
Addis Ababa University invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply and delivery of Linguistic Equipments.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is
open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Addis Ababa
University and inspect the bidding document at the address
given below at 7 (a) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except
lunch time during working days.
5. A
complete set for bidding document in English may be purchased
by interested bidders at the address below at 7 (b) and upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty) or equivalent
amount in freely convertible foreign currency. The method of
payment will be cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7 (c) at or before
July 3, 2007 at 2:00 PM. All bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopia Birr 13,500.00
(Ethiopian Birr Seven Thousand) or an equivalent amount in a freely
convertible foreign currency.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of
the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address
below at 7 (d) on July 3, 2007 a 2:30 P.M.
