Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites all
interested and eligible bidders for the supply of 8645 ton different
type of Chemicals.
1.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Administration and
Finance Department Room No. 619 during office hours against a
non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from the date
of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
2.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in acceptable
form of CPO or bank Guarantee 1% of the bid amount and must be
submitted along with financial document.
3.
Wax-sealed bid shall be delivered to Addis Ababa Housing
Development Project Office, Procurement and Supply department Room
No. 627 on or before June 25, 2007, 5:00 PM. Bidders should provide
one original and one copy of “Technical” and (Financial” documents
separately.
4.
Bids (technical offer) will be opened on June 26, 2007 at
10:00 AM in the presence of
bidders or their authorized retrospectives.
5.
AAHDPO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids.
