2. The
Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Somali
Regional State office of the
President hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the
supply of 420 pcs Mechanical Water Lifting Diesel Irrigation Pump,
220 pcs Mechanical Water Lifting Diesel Irrigation Pump and 64pcs
Mechanical Water Lifting Diesel Irrigation Pump.
3.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the
International Completive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the
Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal
Democratic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from legible
bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Procurement Service Enterprise on behalf of Somali Regional
State Office of the President and inspect the bidding document at
the address below during office hours from Monday to Thursday
Morning 8:00 AM-12:00 noon and Afternoon 1:00 PM-5:00 PM and Friday
Morning 8:00 AM-1:30 AM and Afternoon 1:30 PM-5:00PM.
5.
A complete set of bidding document in English language may be
purchase by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of ETB 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty ETB) for
Lot 1, ETB 100.00 (One Hundred ETB) for Lot 2 and ETB 50.00 (Fifty
ETB) for Lot 3 from the office of the Procurement Service Enterprise
1st floor-Room NO. 2.
6. Bids
must be delivered to Procurement service Enterprise, Conference Hall
at or before July 24, 2007 at 2:30 PM. All bids must be accompanied
by bid security of amounting ETB 100,000.00 (ETB Hundred Thousand)
for Lot 1, ETB 50,000.00 (ETB Fifty Thousand) for Lot 2, ETB
10,000.00 (ETB Ten Thousand) for Lot 3 in the form of CPO or Bank
guarantee, counter greatened by the local bankers. Late bids shall
be rejected.
7. The
bid opening date and hours shall be July 24, 2007 at 2:30
PM at
Procurement Service Enterprise, Conference Hall in the present of
the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
8.
The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or
al bids.
