procure the hereunder mentioned water related goods for East & West
Hararge Rural Water Supply Projects.

Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to
participate on this bid for the supply of these goods.

4. Complete
set of bidding documents can be purchased from the above office upon
presentations of 1999 E.C. Renewed Relevant License, Registration
Card issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development,
Registration Card for VAT, Taxpayer Registration certificate (Tax
Identification Number/TIN) together with WRITTEN APPLICATION & upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Br. 200 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr
only).
5. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of the
total bid price must be submitted to the above office in the form of
CPO or Bank Guarantee (insurance bond is not acceptable) issued from
recognized bank on/or before July 10 2007 at 12:00 AM.
6. Bids
will be opened at the presence of bidders/representatives on the
same date at 02:00 PM
at the Enterprise’s assembly Hall.
7. The
Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all of bids.
