The Government of Ethiopia has received a credit from International
Development association (IDA) for Public Sector Capacity Building
Program Support Project (PSCAP) and it intends to apply part of the
proceeds for the invitation of qualified consulting firm for the
provision of advance & specialized training for 17 trainee on IT. A
firm can give is offer for all or partial of the training types
indicated below.

(Microsoft Certified System Engineers with Security Specialization)
MCSE (Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer)
MCSE+Messaging
(Microsoft Certified System Engineers with Messaging Specialization)
SCNA (Sun
Certified System/Network Administrator for Solaris OS)
MCDST (Microsoft
Certified Desktop)
Support Technical,
Comp TIA A+, Comp TIA Server+, Comp TIA Network+
CCNA (Cisco
Certified Network Associate), CCDP (Cisco Certified Design
Professional)
Research Methods
and Feasibility Study for Projects, Managing the training function,
Developing Internal Training System.
Duration Given for
each type of the training is a maximum of 30 days.
The Ethiopian Information and Communication Technology Development
Agency (EICTDA) under the ICT Capacity Building Program of PSCAP now
invites eligible Consulting firms to indicate their interest in
providing the services. Interested firms must provide information
indicating that they are qualified to perform the services
(brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in
similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff,
availability of training facilities in Addis Ababa…etc.).
A
firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in
the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and employment of consultants
by World Bank Borrower dated May 2004.
Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address
during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours, Monday through Friday.
Expression of interest must be delivered to the address below on
June 20, 2007, 1700 hours local time.
