1.
The Oromia Agricultural Output Marketing Agency has secured a
budget from Federal Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development
to be used for the construction of Coffee
Liquoring Center at Jimma,
Gimbi, Bedele and Dire Dawa towns. The agency now invites eligible
bidders to participate in any or all of the sites described above.
2.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open
national tendering procedures contained in the public Procurement
proclamation of Federal Government of Ethiopia and up to all
eligible bidders.
3.
Detail information will be found in the bidding documents,
which are obtainable during office hours from Oromia Agricultural
Output Marketing Agency (Addis Ababa, Oromia to Bambis Road), upon
payment of a non-refundable of ETB 400 (Four Hundred) or an
equivalent amount.
4.
Bid will be accompanied by a bid bond amount 2% of
irrevocable letter of credit, bank guarantee or certified payment of
ordered (CPO) or cheque established through any commercial bank in
Ethiopia for the bids and addressed to Oromia Agricultural Out put
Marketing Agency P.O. Box 3280 code 1250, Tel. 251-011 554 05 71.
5. Bidders
are instructed to submit one original and one copy of the proposal
document with all entries to be wax-sealed under separately
envelope.
6. Bidders
are instructed to submit one original and one copy o the proposals

7. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders as of June 11, 2007 office hours on eth submission of a
written application, renewed license, VAT registration certificate.
8. All
bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose
at or before July 2, 2007 at 10:00 AM.
9. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their
representatives who wish to attend, on July 2, 2007
at 10:30 AM.
10.
Oromia Agricultural Output Marketing Agency reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all bids. |
