Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) (Fixed Line) invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of PABX..
1.
The tender remains
floating from June 11, 2007 to July 2, 2007.
Bid documents can be obtained from ETC’s Legehar Building 3rd
floor Office Room No. 332 (Addis Ababa) during office hours upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders
should submit their entire relevant renewed original license & VAT
certificate & their copies (if they are registered) when they come
to obtain the bid document.
2.
Bidders shall furnish
as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr 20,000.00 (Birr Twenty
Thousand only).
3.
The Bid bond must be
in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4.
Bidders who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash
are required to deposit to ETC fixed line (Legehar Building)
cashier, ground floor hall at the right, on or before July 2m, 2007
at 5:00 PM and produce the receipt during the bid opening.
5.
Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope
and deposit in the box situated at 3rd Room No. 321 on or
before July 2, 2007 at 5:00 PM..
6.
Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at ETC’s (Fixed lien) Legehar building 4th
floor Room No. 420 on July 3, 2007 at 3:00 PM..
7.
The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of
the bids.
