Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (East Addis Ababa Zone)
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of
office equipment and furniture.
1.
The tender remains
floating from June 11, 2007 to June 27, 2007. Bid documents can be
obtained from East Addis Ababa Zone, Human Resource & Supply section
during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00
(Thirty Birr). Bidders should submit all their entire relevant
renewed original license & VAT certificate when they come to obtain
the bid document.
2.
Bidders shall furnish
as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr 4,000.00 (Birr Four
Thousand only).
3.
The Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a.
Cash
b.
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our finance office before the bid opening date and
produce the receipt during bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at East Addis Ababa Zone office ground floor Room
No. 5 on or before June 27, 2007 at 5:00 PM.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 9:00 A.M. on June 28, 2007 at the zone office
Room No. 13.
7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
