Re-Tender
Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the Procurement of “2x36w antiglare
lamella lover fluorescent fitting thick white metal that can be
fixed to any level source with 36w lamp locker capacitor cover with
non rested sheet metal including nut and bolt string connector of
bronze holder uniformly fixed”.
1.
The tender remains floating from June 16, 2007, until July
05, 2007. Bid documents can be obtained from Sidist Kilo Tele Room
No. 507 during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed
original license & VAT registration certificate with copies when
they come to obtain the bid documents.

Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of
Birr 5,000 (Birr Five Thousand only).
3.
The Bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank
4.
Bidders who wish to submit bid security in the form of cash
are required to deposit it Sidist Kilo Tele 6th floor
Room No. 612 before July 05, 2007, 5:00 PM and produce the receipt
during the bid opening date.
5.
Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope
and deposit in the box situated at ETC’s Head Office 1st
floor Room No. 110 until July 05, 2007 before 5:30 PM.
6.
Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at ETC’s Head Office Room No. 111 on July 06,
2007 at 10:00 A.M.

Partial bid is not allowed.
8.
The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of
the bids.
