The Ethiopian
Airports Enterprise (EAE) intends to purchase Tyres for Fire
Fighting Vehicles.
1.
Interested bidders may collect the bid document from
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise Head Office, near Gerji Customs office
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr).
2.
Bidders should present renewed license for the current budget
year, VAT registration evidence and registration certificate from
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development for which they are
registered on the suppliers list to submit their proposals.
3.
Bids must be in wax-sealed envelope containing original and
three copies and marked “Bid for Fire Fighting Vehicles tyres” and
shall be delivered to EAE Purchasing and Logistic Administration
Department on or before April 5, 2007 up to 10:00 A.M.
Late bids will be rejected.
4.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr
20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Birr) in form of C.P.O. or Bank
guarantee along with their offer.
