1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise (EAE) invites all eligible contractors
of category GC/BC 1, who would be financially and technically
capable to furnish the necessary labor, materials and equipment to
undertake the construction of the Enterprise’s Head
office Building (G+6) in
Addis Ababa.
2. Interested
bidders should have, VAT registration certificate renewed license
for the current budget year, renewed certificate renewed license for
the current budget year, renewed registration certificate from the
Ministry of Works and Urban Development and tax clearance
certificate.
3. The
pre-qualification document can be purchase as of March 12, 2007 from
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise near Gerji customs Office Finance
Department upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 (For
Hundred Birr).
4. The
pre-qualification document must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr
100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank
Guarantee.
5. The
pre-qualification document should be submitted in one original and
one copy.
6. The
bid will be submitted to the EAE head Office Purchasing and Logistic
Administration Department on or before March 29, 2007 up to 10:00
A.M. and will be opened on
the same date and time in the presence of bidders/representatives
who choose to attend at the EAE Head Office Conference Room.
7. Interested
eligible contractors may obtain further information and inspect the
