3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
4.
A bid must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than
2% of the total bid amount and must be delivered to AADE Logistic
Office at Addis Ababa before the closing time and date.
5. Bids
will be closed at 2:00 P.M. on March 30/2007 at AADE Logistic Office
Addis Ababa.
6. Bidders
will be responsible for delivering their bids on or before the
deadline shown above.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend, at 2:15 P.M. on March 30/2007
at AADE logistic Office Addis Ababa.
8. The
Enterprise reserves the right to reject or accept this bid. |
