Re-Invitation
The Ethiopian Postal Services (EPS) is intending to establish Postal
Transport Services (PTS) and wishes to get proper study on the
implementation of the same. Therefore, a call for proficient and
experienced individuals/firms who would like to compete for the
study and establishment of PTS.
1.
Bidders can be either individuals or a firm.
2.
If a bidder is a firm, it has to present renewed license for
the current year, registration certificate from Ministry of Finance
and Economic Development as well as other necessary certificates.
3. Bidders
can obtain bid documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 30 (Thirty Birr) from the EPS office 2nd floor Room
No. 216.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 2,000 (Two Thousand
Birr). The bid bond should be in the form of cash or certified check
and must be delivered to the above office gather with the bid
document.
5. Bidders
should deliver their technical and financial proposals in two
separate sealed envelopes on or before April 4, 2007 up to 12:00
P.M.
6. The
bid will be opened on April 4, 2007 in the presence of bidders or
heir representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 P.M. in the 1st
floor, meeting hall.
7. The
minimum price validity date is 90 (Ninety) days.
8.
EPS reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
