Water Works Construction Enterprise invites sealed bids from
eligible potential bidders for supply & delivery of OPC Cement to
be used for the following projects:
i)
Tendaho Dam and Irrigation Works, at Tendaho
ii)
Kesem Dam Irrigation Works, at Kesem
iii)
Gefersa Dam and Water Supply, at A.A. & Gefersa
1. A
complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested
bidders upon presentation of copies renewed trade license, VAT & TAX
payer’s registration certificate, and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 including VAT.
2. Bids
must be submitted in an envelope and accompanied by a bid bond not
less than 2% of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO or
certified check.
3. Bidders
should enclose currently renewed trade license, VAT & TAX payer
registration certificate with their bids.
4. Bids
should be delivered in person at WWCE in a wax-sealed
envelope with a statement “Not to be opened before, March 28/2007”
marked on the envelope.
5. Bids
will be closed on March 27/2007 5:00 P.M. and will be opened on
March 28/2007 at 9:30 A.M. at the conference hall of WWCE in the
presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to
attend.
The Water Works Construction Enterprise reserves the right to reject
partial or all bids.
