2ND Time Tender
Oromia Development Association (ODA) invites all interested
qualified consulting firms of category III and above for Design,
Supervision and Contract Administration of ODA Multi-Purpose
Building Complex.
The consulting firm shall fulfill the following requirements:
1. License
valid for the year 1999 E.C.
2. VAT
registration certificate and evidence for registration of suppliers
list of MOFED
3.
Bid security of 1% of the bidder’s financial offer in the
form of CPO or bank guarantee.
4.
Wax-sealed envelopes containing an original and a copy of
qualification and financial offer documents (refer section I clause
6 of the TOR) shall be hand delivered to:

On or before 20th day of
the announcement up to 2:00 P.M.
5. Bidding
Terms of Reference (TOR) can be collected from ODA Head Office upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred).
6. The
bidders qualification documents will be opened on the same date and
time in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to
attend. Late arrival of bids shall be subject to rejection.
7. Financial
offer envelopes of those bidders who are qualified Technically
(Scheme Design and Technical Offer), shall be opened in the presence
of bidders who choose to attend.
8. Oromia
Development Association reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
