1.
The Somali Regional State Rural Road Authority invites all
Consulting Architects and engineers of Grade 5 and above regularly
registered with the Ministry of Works and Urban Development and
renewed their license for the year.
2. The
project consists of Request of Proposal for Somali Regional Rural
Road Authority Office Design and Supervision.
3. Interested
bidders can collect the complete bid document from Somali Region
Rural Road Authority technical assistance and Capacity Building Room
No. 2 until March 21, 2007.
4. The
bid shall be opened in Somali Region Rural Road Authority Room No. 1
at 10:30 March 21, 2007.
5. Consultants
are required to submit bid bond in the sum of one percent (1%) of
the bid price in the form stated in the instruction to bidders.
6. The
Somali Regional State Rural Roads Authority reserves the right to
reject any or all offers without giving reasons for doing so.
