certificate for construction work services from concerned

The LAKE TANA TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE Office has invited
wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for providing the necessary
labor, and equipment for the construction and completion of WARE
HOUSE AND OFFICE BUILDING.
2.
The bid document may be obtained by any interested eligible
bidders on the submission of a written application to The LAKE TANA
TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE.

Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the
sum equal to 1% of the bid amount which shall remain in force for 90
calendar days from the bid opening date and shall be in separate
envelope. The successful bidders will be required to furnish a
performance bond in the sum of 10% of the gross bid sum within 15
days from signature.

Bidders are warned that they must read and comply in full
with the “INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS”

The construction of works shall be completed within a maximum
of 245 (Two Hundred Forty Five) Cal. Days from the commencement of
works.
6.
All bids must be submitted based on the free market price and
current basic materials price must be attached with the bid
documents. Any Construction material will be delivered by the owner
on site and the contract shall fill in their labor and equipment
costs.
7.
The prices bid document shall be in an envelope & wax-sealed
(one original & one copy).
8.
All bids documents shall be submitted to the LAKE TANA
TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE before 20 calendar days of the announcement in
the newspaper at 12:00 A.M. hours and shall be publicly opened on
the same day and place at 3:00 P.M. hours when names of the bidders
and the amount of their bids will be declared. Bidders are advised
to attend the opening of bids.
9.

TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE Office on the above-mentioned address.
10.
The LAKE TANA TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE reserves the right to
reject any or all bids without giving reasons thereof and to waive
informalities and irregularities, which do not constitute a material
modification in the bid received. |
