RE-BID
1. The
Oromia Rural Road Authority (ORRA) Re-invites all eligible local
road Consultants of Class III and above who are registered by the
Ministry of Infrastructure, Construction works sector and whose
license is valid for the year and registered for VAT, with recent
tax clearance from respective Inland Revenue Authority and
registration certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development, for which they are registered on bidders/suppliers list
to submit the qualification information and bid offer to undertake
the construction supervision of 29.417 km Dembi-Chello RR50 Project
at Ilu Aba bora Zone.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from ORRA Head
Office addressed below.
3. A
comply set of bidding document/Request for Proposal (RFP)/ may be
purchased by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a
written application from ORRA Head Office addressed below upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 only.
4. One
Original and three photocopies of Technical Proposal and Financial
Proposal shall be produce in different wax-sealed envelopes, and
each proposal will be sealed in such a way that one original and two
photocopies to be sealed in one envelope while the third copy will
be sealed in another envelope separately and labeled as “Original
and Two Photocopies” and “One Photocopy” as appropriate and must be
placed in the bid box along with a bid security in an acceptable
form from Bank amounting 1% of bid offer on or before April 19, 2007
at 3:00 P.M. at the same address shown below.
5. Bidders
must meet the minimum qualification criteria for their Financial
Proposal to be opened. Unqualified Bidders’ Financial Proposal will
be returned unopened to the bidder.
6.
Technical Proposal will be opened in the presence of the
bidders or their authorized representatives, who choose to attend on
April 19, 2007 at 3:30 P.M.
at the same address. Financial proposals of qualified bidders will
be opened in the same place after 15 days from the opening date of
Technical Proposals, i.e. May
04, 2007 at
3:30 P.M.
7.
The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
