constructions license, VAT & MOWUD registration certificate valid
for the year 1999 E.C. and clearance of Oromia Finance and Economic
Development Bureau.

East Wollega Zonal Health Office now invited wax-sealed bid
from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, materials
equipment for the construction & completion of Nucleus Health center
at different districts located in the one as listed below.

2. A
Complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on submission of a written application to East
Wollega Zonal Health Office Room No. 6 & upon non-refundable fee of
Eth. Birr 250.00 after this announcement from the above office.
3. Bid
(one original & one copy) shall be valid for a period of 120 days
after bid opening & must be accompanied by bid security at least 1%
of the offered bid amount in acceptable C.P.O. in sealed envelope on
or before the 15th day after this announcement at 6:00
A.M. local time to the East
Wollega Zonal Health office. If this day is not working day, the bid
will be opened on the next working day.
4. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend on the same date and place at
8:30 P.M. local time.
5. The
construction shall be completed within 200 calendar days from
signing date of the contract agreement.
