2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding document at The Ethiopian News Agency Office No. 312 P.O.
Box 530 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Tel. 56 43 82, Fax 55 16 09.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.
4. All
bids must be wax-sealed and must be accompanied by 2% of the bid
price as bid bond to the aforementioned office on or before March
23, 2007 at 12:00 noon and shall be opened at 3:00 P.M. on the same
day at the above address.
5. Technical
and Financial Proposal of the bid document must be submitted
separately.
6. Eligible
bidder can participate fully or partially.
7.
Ethiopian News Agency reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all bids.
