1.
Finchaa Sugar Factory has allocated a budget towards the cost
of procurement of goods. It is intended that part of the proceeds of
this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract
for which this invitation for bids is issued.
2. The
Finchaa Sugar Factory now invited sealed bids from prospective
bidders for the supply (CFR Djibouti), of the following Goods:
Lot I Mill Cane Knife
Lot II Tyres and Inner Tubes for
Agricultural Machineries & Vehicles

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by
interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the
above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr
100.00 for each lot.

Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 10
April 2007 at 10:00 A.M.
local time for LOT I & at
02:00 P.M. local time for LOT
II on same date and must be accompanied by a bid security amount
indicated in Tender document in Birr or equivalent in foreign
currency.
6.
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders/representative
who choose to attend on the same day at 10:30 A.M. for LOT I & at
02:30 P.M. local time for LOT II at the same address in Room No.
205.
7.
Finchaa Sugar Factory reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all bids.
