United Bank Share Company would like to invited interested venders to bid for the supply & installation servers & accessories for its DR site.

Interested bidders shall submit their proposals as per the following conditions.

1.      The bid document, which contains instruction to bidders and Technical specifications, is available for prospective bidders. Interested bidders can obtain the bid document upon payment of Birr 500.00 (five hundred birr) from

2.      Interested bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before preparing & submitting their bid.

3.      Bids must be submitted to the office of V/P –operations on or before 29^th day of March 2007, 5:00 P.M.

4.      Each bid must be presented in sealed envelope and strictly in accordance with the instruction to bidders indicated in the bid document.

5.      Failure to observe the instruction & conditions provided in the bid document will constitute grounds for rejection of the bid.

6.      The Bank reserves the right to cancel the bid partly or totally.
