Products Factory invites all interested and eligible bidders to bid
for the supply of:
HYDROCHLORIC ACID…………..100 METRIC
TONS
I.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Factory during office
hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred
Birr) from the date of issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
II.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of USD 500 or
in an equivalent amount of convertible currency before on or the
closing date in the form of Bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, which is unconditional irrevocable and
payment upon buyer’s first written demand, C.P.O. or Cash only
(insurance bond is not acceptable).
III.
Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelops to
the Factory before or on April 19, 2007, 10:00 A.M. local time.
IV.
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on April 19, 2007, 10:30 A.M. local time.
V.
The Factory reserves all rights to accept or reject any or
all bids.
