Description

1.      The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation, (EEPCO) has allocated fund from its own source for the purchase of Tractors, Loaders, Dozers and Grader for construction of Substations and Transmission Lines.

2.      The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Tractors, Loaders, Dozers and Grader as indicated below:

4.      Interested bidders have to present valid business license.

5.      A complete set of bidding documents may be purchase by any interested bides upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.

6.      Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:00 hours local time on May 4, 2007 and must be accompanied by a security of 272,000 Birr (Two Hundred Seventy Two Thousand only) for lot XIII 12,000 Birr (Twelve Thousand only) for Lot XIV 120,000 Birr (One Hundred Twenty Thousand only) for Lot XV and 58,000 Birr (Fifty Eight Thousand only) for Lot XVI.

7.      Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours local time May 4, 2007 at the Electric Club Mexico Square.

8.      The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
